We are proud to be listed under the Drug Control Board of the Ministry of Home Affairs and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council. At Sunrise, we believe in making rehabilitation services accessible to all. Our affordable programs ensure that everyone, regardless of financial means, can receive the support they need. For those without financial support, we offer free treatment options. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to those in need with our centre offering the the largest space in the state, complete with individual football and volleyball courts. RE-EDUCATIVE SESSIONS 

These sessions go beyond imparting knowledge; they facilitate transformation and empowerment. Designed to create a structured environment, they enable participants to explore root causes, learn coping mechanisms, and develop essential life skills conducive to long-term recovery. The primary aim is to empower individuals with the necessary knowledge, tools, and support for positive life changes, fostering insights and a renewed sense of purpose essential for lasting recovery and a brighter future. 

  • Addiction Education: Teach clients about addiction's nature, effects on individuals and loved ones, aiding understanding, trigger recognition, and healthier coping.

  • CBT: Identify and challenge negative thoughts and behaviors through guided exercises, reframing perspectives, managing cravings, and developing healthier habits. 

  • Relapse Prevention: Understand relapse factors, create personalized prevention plans, and practice navigating high-risk situations. 

  • Stress Management: Learn stress management, self-care, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and guidance on nutrition and exercise. 

  • Communication Skills: Improve communication, set boundaries, and resolve conflicts constructively for healthier relationships and support networks. 

  • Life Skills: Address budgeting, time management, goal setting, and vocational training to rebuild lives post-treatment.

INTENSIVE YOGA

Intensive yoga in our center offers a valuable complement to traditional rehabilitation methods, providing individuals with tools and practices to support their journey toward recovery and holistic wellness. Yoga is especially beneficial for several reasons for those struggling with addiction, trauma, or mental health disorders.

We have incorporated physical sports activities like futsal and volleyball into our program as to provide numerous benefits for individuals undergoing rehabilitation:
